REVISED ADMISSION NOTICE FOR

Online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission into B.A/ B.Sc./B.Com 1st semester for the session 2023-2024.
- The entire admission process will be held through online mode only. No physical form will be available in the college.
- The aspiring students will have to register and submit the admission Form through Online only by visiting through SAMARTH e-Gov Portal and college website www.dibrucollege.edu.in.
- The students are directed to keep proper record of Login ID and Password as it will be required for all future correspondences.
- A student who has less than 80% attendance in average shall not be permitted to sit for the End-semester examination. However, that it shall be open to the University to grant exemption to a student who has attended a minimum of 70% classes but failed to obtain the prescribed 80% attendance for valid reasons, on recommendation of the Head/ Chairperson/Principals of the Department/Centre/College on payment of a prescribed fee(s).

Important Information
- An applicant who fails to register in the SAMARTH portal, his/her admission shall not be considered as valid and his/her admission will be rejected automatically.
- The applicants who have already applied and registered their names for admission till date in the college are hereby directed to register their names in the SAMARTH PORTAL without fail. Otherwise his/her registration for admission shall remain automatically cancelled. No claim for admission shall be entertained further.
- The online admission portal of the college shall remain open till the closing of the SAMARTH portal of govt. of Assam or notified by the college.
Terms and Conditions-
- Admission will be on merit basis and as per government rules.
- The students admitted will have to produce all the original documents for verification later on.
- The mobile number, e-mail ID and Account number of the candidate should be active and operational till the completion of the course. The candidates will have to upload the relevant documents along with the admission form as mentioned below.
- H.S. Mark sheet,
- Pass Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- DHE Unique ID Certificate
- Academic Bank Credit ID Certificate
- Domicile Certificate (any one of the following)
PRC/Voter ID card of self or parents/NRC of self or parents/Aadhar Card of self or parents/BPL card of family/Birth certificate issued by the Registrar of Birth and Death/Passport of Self or parents.

- Candidates seeking admission in any reserved category (like SC,ST,OBC) will have to submit proper certificate from competent authority along with the admission form.
- Candidates seeking reservation under NCC, Sports, and Culture etc. quota must upload appropriate documents.
Important Note : If Govt. of Assam issues any new notification regarding Fee Waiver scheme then it will be applicable for Degree admission.

Instructions To Applicant
- Read the prospectus carefully before filling up the application form.
- A valid Mobile Number of the student for verification OTP.
- Application fee of Rs. is to be paid for online application. Fee can be paid using Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / Paytm Wallet
- Wrong/False entry of any credentials of the application will attract rejection of the application
- Upload passport size photo and signature of the applicant without which the application will be summarily rejected.
- Upload Pass certificate of the last examination.
- Upload Admit Card of the last examination.
- Upload Mark Sheet of the last examination.
- Upload Caste Certificate (OBC/MOBC/ST/SC) if applicable

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
There is no provision for cancelling submitted application and as such no refund for cancellation request.

- For online payments, it is important for candidates to note the transaction Id for future reference..
- Application charges ₹200will be charged by Dibru College from the students.
- Submission of application and payment of application fee does not make the candidate eligible for the Courses. Candidates are advised to carefully read the eligibility criteria in Admission notification and Information Brochure before applying.
